CEO
Jeff Stoebner joined AVI Systems in 1993. He learned the ropes by working first in technical services, then becoming a sales representative. He also spent time as a Regional Vice President, as well as AVI’s Vice President of Marketing and Chief Operating Officer. Jeff now serves as CEO of Magenium Solutions
Managing Director
John brings 20+ years of experience in building businesses. At Magenium, he is focused on helping grow our capabilities and further integrate the teams that work together to help customers throughout the US.
Chief Technology Officer
Tom Egan is Chief Technology Officer at Magenium Solutions. Tom brings 20 years of experience in business leadership delivering Microsoft solutions to enterprise customers.
Director of Sales
Kevin Nickell is the Director of Sales at Magenium Solutions. Kevin brings 30+ years of experience in delivering high value IT projects across the entire Microsoft stack.
Director of Business Operations
Beth Fischer is Director of Business Operations at Magenium Solutions. She is focused on mission-critical business initiatives and developing processes to enhance our operation.
Director of Global Microsoft Alliances
Peggy Martinus is Director of Microsoft Alliances at Magenium Solutions. Peggy oversees and actively manages all of our important relationships and programs we manage with Microsoft.
Controller
Megan Dean is Controller for Magenium Solutions. She has a Master's degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and brings a decade+ of experience in corporate accounting oversight and finance operations to our team.
Director of Marketing
Jim Prothe runs the marketing function at Magenium and brings 20 years of experience in helping customers find the right solution from Magenium.
