A Brooklyn-based womenswear brand based on art from emerging artists and ethical fashion and design principals. Using sustainable manufacturing processes, the company produces clothing locally and consciously.

The Challenge

As a new startup, the company needed virtually everything within four months to launch in time for New York Fashion Week: branding, email marketing, Office 365 environment, website and collateral.

The Solution

Magenium first conducted an envisioning workshop with the company’s founder and lead fashion designer. A strategy was then developed that encompassed the founder’s vision and the necessary components of the launch, including a strict timeline. Our Project Management Office kept projects on schedule via weekly meetings using Skype for Business, as individuals were located in Chicago, New York, Brooklyn and Arizona. Working collaboratively, Magenium’s teams delivered specific components: the setup of Office 365 for email, productivity, and collaboration, including installations on both MAC and PC platforms; a custom website to meet the needs of a high-fashion clothing brand; creative brand development including logo design, brand guidelines, photography art direction, lookbook design and production. 

The Success

The technology platforms put in place allowed the company’s employees and support staff to efficiently conduct business in the fast-paced environment of high fashion. The brand launched to rave reviews within the industry and was invited to participate in one of the most prestigious fashion shows in New York.
