The Customer

A community financial institution with strong ties to a local University. Services include checking and savings accounts, and auto and home loans. 

The Challenge

In addition to pursuing new credit union members, our customer wanted to expand their marketing and sales efforts to the alumni network of the University, appealing to the former students who now were in the market for auto or home loans. Not utilizing any type of system to manage their relationships with membership, they desired an integrated prospect management and email marketing solution to expand the existing members’ portfolio with up-selling and cross-selling efforts for products and offerings form the entire portfolio they offer.    

The Solution

After Magenium conducted a requirement design session with department managers from the credit union, our team recommended refreshing their website and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Scribe and ClickDimensions to meet their business goals. A key element in the website refresh was the design of optimizing visits to the web site.  Magenium captured this information directly into the customized modules of Dynamics CRM to optimize the sales and marketing processes for the credit union. By using Scribe for data integration between Dynamics CRM and their existing ERP system, they are able to achieve the single view of the customer. ClickDimensions, a third-party email marketing and automation solution, was implemented within Dynamics CRM for their marketing campaigns.

The Success

By updating their website and implementing new internal processes utilizing Dynamics CRM, Scribe and ClickDimensions, our client is now able to develop true multi-channel marketing capabilities, allowing them to effectively expand memberships and deepen their member portfolios.
