Radio Flyer is a toy manufacturer most widely known for their original little red wagon. They sell their products through retailers and direct to consumers through their website. 

The challenge: As a privately held company more than 80 years old with a small sales team, Radio Flyer needed assistance to address three defined business goals:

  • Provide a tool for their sales people and account managers to better track activities with their customers.
  • Support, facilitate and track their email and on-line marketing initiatives. 
  • Reduce cost around email marketing.
