Richard Knudson is Vice President of CRM Services at Magenium Solutions. Richard is well-known in the CRM industry thought-leader. He brings a wealth of knowledge, know-how and experience to Magenium. His areas of expertise include CRM business process and workflow, sales process automation, business intelligence, the design and implementation of custom CRM/XRM applications, and the design, creation and delivery of training content and programs for Dynamics CRM implementations.
From 2007 through 2009, Richard served as architect and lead instructor for Microsoft's Dynamics CRM 4.0 Partner Academy Blended Learning Bootcamps. This program, offered to the demanding Microsoft Partner community by Microsoft's US Partner Readiness team, features a blend of live online, accelerated classroom, and self-paced online sessions, with the goal of training and certifying Microsoft partners on Dynamics CRM 4.0. Since this program rolled out in 2006, Richard has trained and helped certify hundreds of Microsoft partner employees.
As the head of Magenium’s CRM practice, Richard provides planning, consulting, implementation assistance and customization services to our customers, and manages our projects in the area. He also provides extensive training services for Dynamics CRM clients, including custom user training to advanced training for customizers and IT professionals. Richard frequently provides “bootcamp-style” training programs to our customers requiring certification, including HP, CSC and Lockheed Martin.
